The irony here is that Don says it's "job one" for employers to "eliminate the possibility of unscrupulous or badly managed charities from participating in a campaign in the first place," and then the article continues to recall that one of those charities that ran afoul of the 25% rule was Make-A-Wish Foundation of America, one of Don's own members.
